From the first viewing to final check out, we'll do it all for you. We'll find you a tenant, fully reference them, draw up agreements, provide all required certificates, inventory & condition report, collect rent and deposit protection, manage maintenance & deposit returns.

RENT COLLECTION ONLY
9.6% inc VAT (8% + VAT)
of gross rent collected
£186 inc VAT (£155 + VAT) set up fee
We'll find you a new tenant, fully reference and set up the tenancy, collect your tenants' rent then report to you on a monthly basis with statements of account and pay over what's due to you. We'll do the awkward job of chasing any arrears and pursuing through the courts if necessary.

This service is ideal if you have a list of reliable tradesmen that can carry out any maintenance within your property.

Minimum fee £540 inc VAT (£450 + VAT)
Tell us the type of tenant you're looking for and we'll find them for you. We'll carry out all the viewings and references, draw up agreements, provide inventory and required certificates, then we'll collect their first months rent and deposit before handing over the keys.
